With athletes like Lance Armstrong and Derek Fisher endorsing it and with myriads of people from different walks of life (housewives, gym goers, students, and everyone else) giving it two thumbs up, I’m sure you are itching to give FRS Sports Drink a shot. After all, in this hectic and fast paced lifestyle that we are in, we need all the help and energy we can get to get through the day.
HOWEVER, don’t you think it’s wise to seek an honest and straightforward review first before getting your hands wet? If you are on the hunt for one, then you have hit gold. Having tried and reviewed healthy energy drinks back then (which disappointed me sadly), here’s my take on the latest craze on the energy drink industry. Check it out:
FRS Sports Drink (Orange) - The Taste
I wasn’t surprised that FRS Sports Drink tastes really good. BUT one thing surprised me - it’s the drink’s texture. Summing everything up, FRS Sports Drink comes with more fruit juice and texture rather than food flavoring, which is what you get in most energy drinks. And since it packs a lot of punch (matter of fact, greater than the punch you get from other sports drinks), FRS Sports Drink is one hell of an energy juice.
The orange flavor tastes just like orange juice. The taste is very much like what you get when you put a bunch of oranges in a squeezer and extract all of the juice. It’s an excellent drink to have when you just got out of the bed early in the morning and you need a kick for a hard day at work or school. That’s especially true if you are someone who loves orange juice.
The FRS Sports Drink in cans also tastes just like orange juice. I find this kind of weird since that’s the last thing you would expect from a canned drink. Usually, shaking a canned drink means carbonation and popping it open after that would lead to a huge mess. BUT I got over that and I realized that the FRS Sports Drink in can tastes really great. Just a tip - the natural lemon lime is the best when it comes to the flavor department, the low calorie wild berry is good enough, the orange really tickles my taste buds, BUT you should steer clear from the low calorie orange.
In conclusion, the FRS Sports Drink in cans provide the best taste and texture. If you are someone who puts flavor above anything else, go for these!
FRS Sports Drink - The Energy Kick
First and foremost, let me tell you that drinking FRS Sports Drink will not magically turn you into a super hero. No, you won’t have superhuman strength with it. While it gives you more energy to work out a little harder and go on for a little longer, the best part about the energy you get from FRS is that you get all day energy - YES, it sustains for that long.
You see, I’m someone who usually performs workouts under the scorching heat of the sun. And after that, I feel drained and spend the rest of the day resting on the couch while watching TV. HOWEVER, with FRS Sports Drink, I can perform really hard workouts, have some rest for a couple of minutes - AND still have enough energy to get through the day. I don’t know about you BUT that sounds like a great way to increase my productivity.
FRS Sports Drink - Recovery
Another nice thing about this energy drink is that, instead of resulting to a crash, is that it even aids in the recovery after light to moderate workouts. When I drink FRS Sports Drink, I feel great and light the next day. I may end up battered down after consecutive stressful days. BUT FRS coupled with a good day’s rest brings me back on track.
I’m giving this energy drink two thumbs up!
